How does one go about developing small applications for foreign language versions of AutoCAD? Specifically I would like to support the Chinese language. I am aware that the .NET API supports Unicode, but it seems AutoCAD does not. Any advice?

Autodesk has released AutoCAD in Mandarin Chinese but you'll probably need
to be a member of the Communist Chinese military to get a copy.
