I am not a software developer, but I am a user of AutoCAD with a specific issue that we have been able to narrow down to conflicts with another program that we use.
The error arises when we try to open a file with a hi-res image. Before the file can fully open, we get a fatal error message that gives us a hex number of the registry location it wants to access.
We have found that if we delete the other program the issue goes away and we can use AutoCAD Normally. However, we need both programs on the computer to complete our work.
Is there a known issue with other programs... is there a way that I can bypass this issue by modifying the registry on our computers?
