Event Handlers for Before Drawing Open?

I was looking for a way to do a certain process before the user opens a drawing and I saw that autocad has event handlers.

Is there one for before opening a drawing?

I believe that the event you are looking for is called the DocumentManager.DocumentCreateStarted event.  There is also the DocumentCreated event but the document has already been opened when it fires off.

If you download the ObjectARX SDK there are some .NET samples that show all of the events.  The particular sample I am thinking of is called the EventsWatcher.
