Editor.SelectionAdded firing twice?

When I select objects at the 'Command: ' prompt,
the SelectionAdded event of the Editor fires twice,
with the exact same parameters.

That essentially makes the event totally useless for
the purpose of getting notified when the pickfirst
selection has changed, and I do not see any managed
equivalent for AcEditorReactor::pickfirstModified().

Am I missing something?

Indeed. We should expose pickfirstModified. I'll see if we can do this for
the next release.
