I have tried using both ImpliedSelectionChanged() and SelectionAdded() to try and detect when a dynamic block is selected, but the only objects listed in the event handler argument are polyline or picklist - I don't seem to be able to get the ObjectId of the blockreference selected. Is there an example of how to add selected dynamic blocks to a list as they are selected?
