DOTNETARX has been updated to 2.1.
This version adds the following functions:
1.AddBlockTableRecord
2.CoordFromPixelToWorld() and CoordFromWorldToPixel()
3.GetBoundingBox
4.Sendcommand
5.Regen

DOTNETARX has added some new methods:
1.GetIntersectPoint,gets the intersection point of two lines
2.zoom functions,such as ZoomAll,ZoomWindow
