Disable or hide menus and toolbar

I want to disable/hide the menus and toolbar of autocad because I want to force user to use my own interface.
Is it possible?
I've read something about workspaces but I cannot access from .net.
I've tried to remove menus with vba but I have to restore them all at the end and if i reopen autocad I don't have the menus (to restore them it seems I have to delete the acad.mnr in my support folder...). And also with vba I don't find how to remove the toolbar.
Any ideas?
