Different XrefGraphs with different DWG opening option?

In my RealDWG application, I found a wired thing for getting XrefGraph data.

If I use FileShare.Read as one of inputs for ReadDwgFile(), the returned XrefGraph from GetHostDwgXrefGraph(true) seems correct.

But If I use FileShare.ReadWrite, the XrefGraph returned is different in count of their nodes (less than previous way).

Does anybody know why this may happen?
