I need know if there is any function that let me do data binding to a drawing .dwg in 3D, Are there libraries .dll of AutoCAD for Visual Basic .NET for do this function?

In Visual basic .NET, I am seeing the manner of link information of the elements of a Piping isometric in 3D (drawing .DWG) and show the value of each element with a label Is there any function that can do this action?
