Creating lispfuncton from .NET

Is there a way in 2006 to create lisp-functions using the .NET api.

In 2007 you can do [LispFunction("AsdkCmd1")], and i found some old topics
about COM-servers.

Are there something like the ACED_ADSSYMBOL_ENTRY_AUTO from ARX

I guess not but i gotta ask
