Create viewport in PaperSpace like a current view in Modelspace

How to setup viewport in Paperspace like a current view in Modelspace?

Here's an example of how to create paperspace viewports.

 

Can you explain a bit more about what you mean by 'view'?

 

Did you simply want to show a specific object or location in the viewport? Or do you have a saved view, like one defined with the VIEW command, that you want to represent in the viewport?

Thanks for example! By "view" I mean standart view from view manager(command "view"). I need to change view direction in current active viewport on Paperspace when I change view direction in modelspace. I change view direction in modelspace by my function so I can handle that event.

In the viewport class, you have a couple methods that can help you out.

 

If you're dealing with a standard orthographic view, you could use the Viewport.SetViewDirection method. But if you require a custom view within the viewport, you could define the custom UCS and set it using Viewport.SetUcs.
