convert vba macros to .NET

I have clung to what little vba programming skill I developed for a long
time, so I am very new to understanding how to enter the .NET game.

One reason I am anxious to make the move is unless I use late binding in my
projects, my code breaks with several versions of cad in our environment as
we get ready to upgrade.

Is there a way to move vba project into .NET?

Personally I wouldn't move VBA projects to .NET unless you rewrite them to use the .NET API.
