Changing the New In-Canvas View Colours

I have a routine to toggle my background colours.  I'm having toruble finding the method/property for the new in-canvas view tools from 2012

Here is the "Options" setting.

Here are my VB.Net options.  Anyone know which one I should use?  Maybe I'm on the totally wrong object, but I don't think so.  Maybe this option did not make it into the API?
