change attribute collection order

Is there a way to change  a block attrbute order

for example i have a block with  4 atribute

"tag 1"  value "Val1"

"tag 2"  value "Val2"

"tag 3"  value "Val3"

"tag 4"  value "Val4"

I need to  order the block attrbiutes  in  a specific sequence

So i need that tag 2 to swap with the last tag of my attrbiute collection

Please help
