I have stored position, rotation and normal of block references in WCS.
I want to calculate the new position, rotation and normal of a block reference #1 in relation to a new given Normal of a block reference #2 that has been rotated in a different plane (Normal has changed) so that block reference #1 has the same location in reference to block reference #2 on the new plane.
