C# windows form to load lisps

I'd like to make my windows form built with c# to have a button that will make autocad load a lisp if autocad is open.  Is that possible?

I guess yes .... but what you are doing is not desribed here clear enough

• Do you have an EXE with a windows-form that is controlling AutoCAD via COM?
• Or do you have a DLL that is loaded into AutoCAD either by automatic loading or loaded via _NETLOAD?
• Why don't you load the LSP's directly with the ACAD.LSP or ACADDOC.LSP?

Describe (a little bit) of what you want to do, that will give us the option to point you to the best way to go.

At the moment you are asking us something like "can I go to the mountain", but you don't tell us how far it is away, what's the height of the mountain, what shoes and clothes you have, how trained you are and what do you like to do when you reached the peak 😉

Neither... I want my c# windows exe form to basically "inject" my routine.  I don't want to load my exe in cad. The form is opened before I open cad.

Well, then you have to go through COM, therefore search for "AutoCAD getObject" (>>>click<<<), there you find ways of how to get connected to AutoCAD from an external EXE.

process.acad.exe do something that should be simple
