C Sharp .NET API's

I've been having a horrible time trying to find information on the available classes and methods that are exposed through the .NET C Sharp interface. I would appreciate it if someone could point me to a good resource.

I downloaded the 2010 version. All the help files seem to be C++ specific.

Look again. There's a chm for the managed API.
