Hi,
May I inquire if autodesk mapguide author 6.0 is a free software? Is the software available for download in autodesk website knowledge network?
I found this link but its 6.5 not 6.0 http://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/downloads/content/mapguide-65-service-pack-1.html.
Thanks and regards
I can't answer your question - but you should try your post in the Infrastructure forum
http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Infrastructure-Map-Server/bd-p/233
I use the open source version of mapguide - it uses "Studio" instead of "Author". There is a lot of information and interesting reading here
I would suggest using maestro it is the open source editor for mapguide, if your not using infrastructure... http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/wiki/maestro/Downloads
Hi,
I already use mapguide studio for enterprise application. Can maestro
open an mwx file and save that mwx file to mapguide 6.0?
I am familiar with maestro however I was only able to use it to connect to a
mapguide 6.0 server. Correct me if Im wrong but I think maestro is
application for mapguide opensource server and mapguide enterprise
server which later becomes mapguide infrastructure map server.
Thanks
Maestro is an editor similar to studio, but I have found in a few instances that when I cannot do it with studio, maestro sometimes helps. What exact is it that you are trying to accomplish?
Sounds like a pickle...You may want to browse the opensource nabble forum - you may be able to dig up some support for your issues there.
