Autodesk.AutoCAD.DatabaseServices.ObjectId not defined

VB keeps telling me that this is not defined. What do I need to add to my project so this will work?

i tried these imports. But my project does not recognize them.

have you added the acdbmgd.dll (for the right AutoCAD-version) to your project-references?
