AutoCAD objects, Value or Referenced Type

I am new to .NET, I was just trying to understand if AutoCAD objects are Value or Referenced Type. I suspect they are Referenced Type, but i just wanted to confirm.

Yes, excepted some "AutoCAD primary types" which are defined as structures (value) as ObjectId, Point2d/3d, Vector2d/3d, Matriix2d/3d...
