AutoCAD MEP 2016 ApplicationServices.Utility namespace no longer there

What happened to the ApplicationServices.Utility namespace (part of the AecUiBaseMgd.dll) in AutoCAD MEP 2016? I use the CloningHelper class in my project and can no longer find it. Is there an alternative in the 2016 API? Also, is there a comprehensive document listing the API changes for MEP and Revit 2016?

I found the answer to my question; the namespace now resides in <install folder>\ACA\AecCoreMgd.dll.

Please let me know how to use cloninghelper in mep 2017. In 2015 it is a class in AECUIBaseMgd.dll it's no more in 2016 and 2017

You use it the exact same way in 2017.  You just need to change your references as mentioned in the post above.
