AutoCAD 2010 Ribbon

Hi,

I've searched everywhere, but cannot seem to find an explanation on how to f.e. add buttons to the ribbon in AutoCAD 2010.

Plenty of samples and explanation on 2009, where the AcRibbon assembly is used. Which, unfortunately does not seem to exist in 2010. Can someone point me in the right direction here?
