acdbmgd.dll & acmgd.dll autocad 2007

I have a net dll that work with ACAD2006 now i want recompile it for
ACAD2007 but when i reference the new library i obtain an error.

impossible add a reference to "c:\programmi\autodesk\mdt 2007\acdbmgd.dll"
etc.....(is in italian)

i use vb.net 2003

On the same machine i have also ACAD2006.

For Acad2007, I believe, you need VS2005, because Acad2207's ObjectARX .NET
API is built on .Net2.0.
