access the properties of a drawing??

i am using vb.net and i want to access the properties of a drawing i need to know the reference i need to add??/

I need to be able to do this also. I have a custom drawing property on a dwg file that I need to read.

Any clues or hints as to how to get at this info using .net would be tremendously appreciated.
