Is there a way to access the Object Relationship Graph of ADT 2007 using C# particularly for 3d Extruded associative Space Objects ?

I have interactivelly created 3D extruded Space Objects and
"grip-created" openings (doors and windows) in every subsurface of them.
It is only possible to create rectangular openings (shapes) using the ADT 2007 commands though !
Is it possible to create programatically openings having other basic profiles than rectangular(circular, elliptic, combined etc)
using the managed C# API ???
I am interested only for managed C# (not ARX and C++)
Code snippets are appreciated !
