you need to edit C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks%version_year%\en-US\stylesheets\viewpoints_report.xsl with an XML editor
make sure to make a backup of the file first.

Hi, I was interested as well in changing the thumbnail size particularly but there's nothing about it in the XSL template. I think it uses windows thumbnail for the image because with a long report (in fact a clash report with about 400 clashes) the thumbnails didn't display instantly in the html but if I open the folder in windows explorer and let windows create all the thumbnails for the images (generated by navisworks) I have less problems.
