Urgent Import viewpoint ERROR occur

Dear all ,

Please give me some idea

In my cause ,

Version:  Naviswork 2014 Manage  11.0.0.98373   SP2

File: NWF

Version:2014

When I import the viewpoint come with (review object) for example : cloud ,Text ,tag ,some thing like that.

than it will be be error occur .

I alreday reinstall the naviswork 3 times.

I think Your Navisworks 2014 is not SP2. Otherwise it would state 11.4.0.101763. So it might be that the computer exporting the Viewpoints.XML has the Service Pack and the other computer has not.

Yes and no. The computer that exports the Viewpoints XML must be a lower version than the computer that imports the Viewpoints XML, as there are no different "save as" options in the viewpoint export dialog.
11.4 can import viewpoints from 11.0 but the other way around is not supported. Same goes for 2015 can open Viewpoints XML from 2014, but 2014 cannot open the Viewpoints XML from 2015.
