Unable to download trial of Navisworks Manage 2014

I have been trying to download the free trial of Navisworks Manage 2014 without luck. An error message pops up once the 'Setup' icon is clicked that reads "Communication Failure". My IT guys could not find a problem on my end. Is the server down? Is there an ftp site with a full offline download that could be used instead?
