Trial Version of Navisworks Manage 2015

I have downloaded the 30-day trial version of Navisworks Manage 2015.  However, when I try to logon to my Autodesk account I get the following message "error [object Error]".  What does that mean?

Welcome to the community!

 

Apologies for the issue. This sounds to be a runtime error message. Could you check to make sure your Java is up to date and also your Microsoft Visual C++.
