Third Person Avatar Godzilla Huge?

when trying to use the third person avatar to do a walk through in my model the avatar comes in around 200' tall or so???

Same thing is happening to me in Navisworks Simulate 2013.  I tried checking out the collision settings in the General options under Interface>Viewpoint Defaults.  There seems to be some settings there you can change but nothing seemed to change anything.  The avatar still remained "godzilla" huge.
