switchback

Ok so I have my revit model nwc loaded into navisworks and my swichback external tools loaded into revit 2014. When I press the switch back button in navisworks it takes me to a way zoomed OUT floor plan in revit (Like zoom extents). Is there a way to get it to work like it claims, where it takes you to a zoomed IN 3D view in revit? Otherwise this feature seems pointless. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I dont think anyone knows the answer to this one. Maybe if enough people ask it, they will start to care. Lol

Hello

I get a floor plan, not zoomed out though, but not the 3d view focused on the selected item. Not good enough Navisworks people!

I wish this issue is resolved because I'm facing exactly the same thing. This is frustrating.
