Spots/Blobs on the screen when opeing a file in 2014

Blobs on the screen when opening a file!  Can't see the model

I have found the solution.  Turn off the Hardware Accelerator under options/display.  If you turn it back on they MIGHT disappear or they might come back.

Graphics problem, from what I remember.  Those are the "feet" cursor graphic.  It was discussed some time back, it should turn up in a forum search.
