Seam lines display in Naviswork

Dear Autodesk Team,

We are getting problem in Naviswork display.

When we preview the drawing in Naviswork, we display lines shown in attached screenshot by arrow marked.

The left-side screenshot is of Autoplant Drawing and right-side screenshot is of Naviswork Display.

Please let me know any option setting to be done in Naviswork or in Autocad, so that these lines will not display in Naviswork.

FYI:

We are using

Software : Autocad 2012-64Bit , Naviswork 2013 , Autoplant V8i - SS4 version : 8.11.9.140 ,  MS-Office 2010 64 Bit.

Hardware : Workstation Dell Precision T3600

Please let me know any solution for above.

If you switch to a shaded view within AutoCAD, are you seeing the same lines?

Also, if you can select these lines within Navisworks (to get info to search on), you should be able to setup a Search Set to fairly quickly select all of them and then hide them.

Options -> File Readers -> DWG/DWF
Try to swicth "Convert Lines" OFF

Dear Autodesk Family,

Its already 'Off' only.

I attached our naviswork setting export file here.

Please have a look on it,which setting to be needed to remove seam lines in our naviswork.

Those may be inherent to AutoPLANT components.  You may also need to check DWG version, Navisworks DWG Reader version, and object enabler version.

My thought, as dgorsman indicated, is that these lines may be setup within the DWG file, but are not visible because of the view representation you are using in AutoCAD.

You indicated that you switched to a shaded view in Navisworks and you are continuing to see these lines. Do you see these lines in AutoCAD if you switch to a shaded view within AutoCAD?
