Revit MEP To Navisworks Export - Duct Size Parameter Lost

Hallo,

I have a problems with exporting a  REVIT MEP file to Navisworks. The parameters of the Type Duct Size: Duct Height and Duct Width get lost while the export process. They are part of a Connector Element in a Duct Family. I don’t know why. I have already tried to create a new Shared Parameter in the Family Type window of the same Type and wrote:

Height Duct Navisworks = Duct Height

With this setting the Property is visible in the properties window in Navisworks. Unfortunately the Value is 0 now.

Hopefully, someone of you has an idea!

Before exporting from revit go to the navisworks setting and check converts element parameters All and check those settings as per the attached jpg. Then in the Navisworks option editor go to interface then selection and make the resolution last object then if you select the duct inside Navisworks it will show all the properties  inside the Element tab. kindly see the attachment.
