Quantification not working

I'm a first time Navisworks user and I am trying to extract quantities from an .NWC file which was derived from a Prosteel model.

I can see the object properties in the property box so I know they exist, but when I try to do a quantify there is no dimensional data in the list.

The dimensional data in the property list is shown in the attachments.

I think it may be something to do with property mapping in the XML files but I can't seem to make anything work.

I have attached an image of the Item Catalogue to show the formulae.

Does anyone have any ideas?
