Quantification and CADworx

Is it possible to use the Quantification tool with CADworx models?

So the lack of response obviously means no.

Not really.  It means that those who are using CADWorx and Navisworks find the CADWorx BOM extraction easy enough that the Navisworks tools are unnecessary.

Navisworks Quantification supports all the same file formats that Navisworks itself supports. To get meaningful results you need to take care of two things:
Components need to have a GUID - this is used for tracking purposes and enables change management. Without it, you cannot take off quantities. You will find this in the Item tab of the properties. CADWorx files imported to Navisworks will have this.
Some properties that you need in your takeoff. In the case of CADWorx there is a separate tab that contains the info, and using that you can map it to Quantification variables so it appears in your takeoff.
So it should have everything you need to take off some quantities from CADWorx files.

Hope that helps!
