Pipe Fitting show in 1-Line

Hi all,

I am new to Navisworks so please bear with me if my questions are a too easy to most of you.

1. I imported a revit file in which the pipework fittings and accessories are shown in 1-line (please see attached).

2. How to change the color of pipework/ductwork based on system type to differentitae flow and return?

Any help would be much appreciated.

It looks like item 2 is an old problem in which based on my research doesn't have a clear solution yet (never mind I found a workaround though).

Any help with item 1 would be much appreciated.

can someone from AUTODESK help me please? it looks like it looks like nobody has experienced this problem or nobody knows how to solve the issue?

Give this site a try.  It's run by the Navisworks Team at Autodesk, fine group.  

Revit MEP Pipes and fitting appearing as lines in navisworks.

BTW, the way I found that was to type in: revit pipes show as single lines in navisworks  into Google.

A lot of times you can find an answer really quick by trying a few different phrases in Google.
