Opening 2014 NWD files using Navisworks Freedom 2013

Hi,
We’ve been using Navisworks 2014 for creating & publishing the Federated BIM Model (*.nwd) however one of the project teams are still using Windows XP and are only able to install Navisworks Freedom 2013.

Can they get an XP compliant installation for Navisworks Freedom 2014 and if not, is there a way to publish *.nwd files so that they can open in Navisworks Freedom 2013 i.e. published from Navisworks Manage 2014.

Would really appreciate a quick response.

Regards,

When you publish the NWD, ensure the "may be resaved" box is checked.  Then open the published NWD, and save-as to an earlier version.
