Could you please suggest a way out of this. I have tried various settings in Navisworks ‘Options’ menu under the ‘Application Button’ but has not resolved the issue. If you find a correct setting could you please forward that as an .XML file which I will load in my machine.
I am having trouble seeing the CAD Ducts and pipes in Navisworks 2012. I have already installed the latest Object Enabler from- http://secure.map-software.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=9&Itemid=5
I also checked that the object enablers we installed correctly as the folder- C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Navisworks Manage 2012\lcdbx2012 is showing the two Cad Duct file- MapCadduct18x64.dbx, MapsComW18x64.dll.

WIth any DWG's with custom objects we ask you to check three things
1) The latest Object enabler is installed, this is the case here (is this a 64 bit Navisworks, 64 bit machine?).
2) The Render Mode in Options > File Readers > DWG/DXF is set to Shaded
3) If the file is from a version of AutoCAD based product earlier than the current release and this isn't working, change the Loader Year to the appropriate year
Please let us know how you get on, if it fails can you upload a sample model?
