Am I missing something or are the transform tools in Navisworks really that bad?
- I would like to nudge (move) things with my keyboard arrow keys. Guess I can't.
- When entering transforms into the X, Y, and Z boxes, I have to pick the transform type each time before entering a value in a box.
- I thought the rotate with the measure might be a neat thing, but it seems you have to snap to something, you can't eyeball the angle, so doing this in a 3D file is quite difficult.
- I wish I could use absolute and/or relative values. Once I've scaled something (like a point cloud by 0.3048) the transforms revert to 1. What if I mess up and wonder what the pointcloud is currently scaled at?
So, again, am I just not doing something right or are these tools still rather lacking?
