Hello, We have installations of Navisworks Simulate 2014 and Navisworks Freedon 2014. Both are installed on 64 bit Windows 7 computers. We are trying to install SP1 for both these products. The Service Packs error out and will not install. We get an error message questioning the validity of the install package. Can someone from Autodesk confirm that these downloads are ok on their end.
