Navisworks Manage 2014 ongoing struggles

So far, the growing list of problems (some that seem to just start happening for no reason), indlude:

1. Gridline tags don't move in when zooming in.
2. When replacing an old file with a revised file the clashes are removed from the selections in the test.
3. Search sets stop working.
4. Can't change status on clash groups.
5. Keep getting emails every time I post here that I've created a support ticket, only to get no further response or answer.

Is the cheese just sliding off the cracker over there or what?  I'm not s setting fiddler so it's not anything I'm changing, and these problems are, in most cases, plaguing multiple projects across two different computers, both with all of the hotfixes and updates.
