Navisworks Manage 2013 (Not Responding)

Hello Please help!

Im getting extremely frustrated here, my scenes are constantly crashing. Im using Navisworks for a 4d Animation, not only have i spent hours trying to find a decent lighting solution that doesnt take 1 hour to do a frame, but ive gotten the lighting down to 4 minutes a frame.

Now ive tried exporting to AVI, (several codecs) JPEG, PNG. You name it, and i cannot get a 60sec animation (tried 4-30 fps) to finish without Navisworks crashing. Ive had to reopen the scene several times after getting NOT RESPONDING crashes constantly, and now with a deadline due, ive had to readjust my schedule and readjust my camera frames and paths to re animate the png sequence. I should not be crashing let alone be spending so much time trying to get the software to do something its made for.

have the hotfixes and dowloaded the latest service packs and installed. on a 3970X with 64gigs of ram. on 64 bit Win 7. and quadro 4k. I should not be having these issues. Any help is appreciated, and ive already tried dechecking the hardware acceleration and rolling back to older graphic drivers.

Thanks,

Ruben

Most of there's issues are related to codecs. Please ensured that you have the correct codecs on your pc in order to run the avi?
