Thank you for your post.  In this case the inspector tool has some limitations but I do see you would like to export from the NWF.  Where you mention a drawing list I believe you are referencing the selection tree, do I understand this correctly?  You do have the ability to export a selection utilizing the features within the tree and listed in the link below.  Was this what you were looking for?

Please let us know if this helped.  Thank you.

From the help of the FileToolsGUI.exe:
To generate a list of all design files used in the current model

1.In Autodesk Navisworks application, open the desired Autodesk Navisworks file, and click Home tab Tools panel Batch Utility .
2.The Autodesk Navisworks Batch Utility dialog box is displayed, and the path to the current model is automatically added to the Input area of the dialog box.
3.In the Output area, As Single File tab, click the Browse button.
4.In the Save Output As dialog box, browse to the desired folder, and enter the name for the text file.
5.In the Save as Type drop-down list, select the File List (*.txt) option, and click Save

Gents:

This method appears to work only with .nwc file extensions.

I will continue to investigate - but so far I can not get expected output from an .nwd file

the .nwc files does output as expected.

Pls confirm on your end.

Indeed, this works from NWF only, not from within an NWD.
