You can use the iPad App BIM 360 Glue to upload a Navisworks NWD.
You do not need to be a Glue user, as you can load the models locally through iTunes. This is how my firm and most other firms I've talked to view the Navisworks model on the iPad.
The other option is BIM 360 Field, but you would need to have a Field account...I find the Glue App better anyway though.
