Navisworks Exporters 2013 Multilingual Win.exe -- will not install

Hello,

I have tried twice to download & install the Exporters 2013 and it will not work for me.  The installation sequence stops HERE:

.......

Extracting setup\upiconfig.xml

Extracting x64\NWEXPORT\Autodesk\Navisworks 2013 64 bit Exporter Plug-ins\MRF\Setup\Setup\upiconfig.xml

Extracting x86\NWEXPORT\Autodesk\Navisworks 2013 32 bit Exporter Plug-ins\MRF\Setup\Setup\upiconfig.xml

Extracting 3rdParty\Source\sharpziplib.zip

CRC failed in 3rdParty\Source\sharpziplib.zip

Unexpected end of archive

and then I get this message:

“Some installation files are corrupt.  Please download a fresh copy and retry the installation.”

and also:

"This program might not have installed correctly.

If this program didn’t install correctly, try reinstalling using settings that are compatible with this version of Windows.

  • Reinstall using recommended settings
  • This program installed correctly"

I tried to reinstall -- no luck.  Downloaded again and tried again -- no luck.

Does anyone know of an obvious solution to this?

I have Windows 7 - 64 bit.  Was able to install the Service Pack 2.

Thank you!

Problem solved.  I contacted my reseller MicrosolResources.  They directed me to download the Exporters from this page on Autodesk's website (and it worked this time):

www.autodesk.com/navisworks-nwcexportutility

Previously I had logged in on subscription and found it on this page below Service Pack 2:

http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?id=20458011&linkID=10382102&siteID=123112

Is it possible they are two different versions?  I don't know, but the former worked, while the latter did not.

The end of archive error message means that the download either did not finish or was somehow corrupt.

Thank you for letting everyone know how you resolved your issue.

Can believe it took me this long to find this.  Been looking for the exporters off and on over the last 6 months. Way to post a great answer.

Doh.
