Navisworks - Clash Detection - Model disappears

Hi,

I have a model that I saved with different names (revisions). Every time that I open the latest revision, the Clash Detective shows me the previous tests that I have ran.

The problem: When I run the clash test the model disappears from model space. I had tried to select the model in the Selection Tree and the focus on it but it didn't work.

The same time the View Cube disappears and he program seems to freeze.

I tried to find any temp file were the previous versions were save without success.

I tried to open files with other project and there was no problem at all. Just this one project.

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

Thanks

Hi Yoonek,

Have you tried to go HOME > VISIBILITY > UNHIDE ALL

Also try the shortcut CTRL + HOME to relocate the view on the element selected.

Cheers,

Enrique

I wish it was that simple. I think a file with a corrupted model is causing that problem. Very annoying.

Cannot find out which model does it.

Problem solved. I had to remove all saved viewpoints. Most of them were generated by other sub contractors' designers, there was a lot of them. Once I deleted viewpoints the problem has disappeared.
