Navisworks 2013 will not open

I keep trying to run both Navisworks Manage and Freedom 2013 and it will not open. I have attached a copy of the error messages I get when trying to run both. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Do I simply need some sort of update?

From your screenshots I guess you are running Windows 8 or 8.1.

From the "system requirements" page http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/navisworks-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarti... you can see that the 2013 versions do not mention Windows 8. Only Win XP up to Win 7.

Windows 8 is supported from version 2014 onwards.

So my advice would be to install the Freedom 2015 and the Manage 2015 (30-day trial) from the download pages to see if that versions are running.

That error suggests that part of the licensing system is corrupted or missing.

This could be operating-system compatibility, or it could just be that your install has got damaged somehow...

Running a repair or reinstall using the original installer might help.

Do you have any other Autodesk products from different years installed on that machine?
