Naviswork 2013 no longer starts, roamer.exe error, no diagnostic window

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 bit system.

Running SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) as required by University policy.

It was back to August after I installed some windows upates and all of a sudden, none of my Navisworks 2012, or 2013 was working. 

Whenever I start the program, in about 5 seconds I'd see this:

Then I click cancel, I'd got this:

I've tried everything, delete NAV profile from Roaming Folder, uninstall, reinstall, everything, but problem simply would not go away. Can anyone please help? This is really frustrating! (I tried to attach a dump file, but was not allowed here)
