Navis Works reset all appearances

I have 2 projects that have started to stay dimmed and transparent when I hit the reset all appearances. I am using saved clash detection viewpoints to locate the clashes, but I want all the surrounding items to not be dimmed and transparent once I find the clash so I can work around what's in the way. I am using NW Simulate 2014
